1902 COROZINC M
1K-FH zinc dust primer
COROZINC M is a primer specially designed for use with permanent water exposure (steel hydraulic engineering). Contains 92 % metallic zinc. Moisture-curing zinc dust primers PU are significantly more elastic than conventional 1- and 2-component zinc dust primers. This means, especially with higher coating thicknesses, much higher mechanical resistance. COROZINC M can be painted over with any saponification-resistant 1K or 2K system (no alkyd resins). COROZINC M can also be used as a shop primer.

1K-FH intermediate micaceous iron coating
COROPUR 1K-FH intermediate micaceous iron coating is primarily used, in combination with moisture-curing systems, as an intermediate coating in corrosion protection systems from corrosivity category C3. The special, lamellar structure of the iron mica pigmentation, in combination with the PU binder, results in coatings with excellent water and corrosion resistance. COROPUR can be applied by airless application to vertical surfaces with a dry film thickness of up to 150 µm.

1K-FH Monocolor one-coat paint interior
Primer and paint coating in one. The moisture-curing PU coating contains active corrosion protection pigments and thus combines the high mechanical properties of polyurethane with the corrosion protection properties of comparable cross-linked systems. It is also characterized by very fast drying, which results in shorter service lives. The dry layer can be cleaned with solvent (grease, etc.) after assembly. Easy repair even under bad conditions.

It is particularly characterized by high abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and low water and water vapour diffusion. Permanent temperature resistant: 60 °C up to a maximum of 80 °C

2K-micaceous iron
ECLON EP 2K-micaceous iron is a high-quality scale armour coating with high mechanical and chemical resistance. Very high layer thicknesses can be achieved in one operation. The pigmentation with micaceous iron ore creates a rough surface in addition to the barrier effect desired in corrosion protection. The best prerequisite for a perfectly adhering PU-based top coat.

2014 CORODUR FLEX 80
2K-PUA intermediate coating
CORODUR FLEX 80 is a full-surface adhesive sealant against pressing water. It also enables the permanent bridging of cracks that are forming or moving. Forms a solid, abrasion-resistant layer with a very high abrasion resistance (BAW certificate). CORODUR FLEX 80 2K-PUA intermediate coating is used as wear, absorption, tensile and twist layer. Also has a noise-reducing effect.

2K-FH finishing coating
COROPUR NonAbrasive is a tough elastic, highly abrasion resistant coating material. Particularly suitable for internal coating and thus long-term corrosion protection of pressure pipes and other steel surfaces. COROPUR NonAbrasive is characterized by low water and water vapor diffusion. Allows thick layer application up to 400 µm even on vertical surfaces. Gloss and UV-resistant coatings are achieved with the correspondingly resistant variant COROPUR NonAbrasive 2K-FH finishing coating LS.
